Your spa appointment is a reservation for services and for the individualized attention we provide each pet. We can only take a limited number of appointments each day. A missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business and our groomer team. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If an appointment is missed without at least a 24 hour notification, a “No Show” Fee (No show fee is 50% of your regular grooming price) which going to be added to (when you will make an) your next appointment automatically.

Before you want to make an appointment and would like to ask the price, please send me the following by WhatsApp or give us a call.

We accept only Euro cash payment, we will informing you by message how much the service.

All dogs must be current on their Rabies and Distemper vaccinations for your first visit you need to present.

Please ensure that your pet has been toileted before bringing them to the SPA, as we do not have toiling facilities onsite. A €10 cleaning fee will be applied to dog’s that frequently toilet in the salon.

If your pet has fleas and we were not made aware prior to arrival at the salon we will refuse the service, considering the other pet

Matts are a serious problem and if left unattended may be harmful to your dog. When matts become very close to the skin it may cut off the blood circulation to that particular area. Serious matts can be painful to your dog. If your dog’s coat is not regularly groomed, the skin can’t breathe properly, it may become torn and infection could set in. In seriously matted dogs, every movement will create pain. Should your pet snap when being touched, or start dragging and scratching itself, matts could be the reason why. The ‘hot spots’ for matts are underneath the armpits, the chest, behind the ears, the rear end and around the tail, but they can occur anywhere on your dog. We all love our dogs and their happiness is of the utmost importance to us. Grooming is an essential part of their welfare. A well groomed dog is a happy dog. If you require any advice on grooming your dog such as what tools to use, how to hold your dog and what to look for when trying to locate a matt, then please do not hesitate to ask a member of the team.

At the time you drop off your pet, we will be able to give you an approximate time for pick-up. We will also text you as soon as your pet is finished and ready for pickup. Because we are not a boarding facility and don’t have space to keep your pet after their grooming services are completed, unless other arrangements were made with us prior to drop-off, we ask that you pick up your pet within 45 minutes of the text notification. If you are late, an additional fee will be added to accommodate the time spent caring for and keeping your pet comfortable until you arrive. Late Pick-up Fees are as follows: €5 for each 15 minutes after a 30 minutes grace period.
